Feminist Ryan Gosling is a meme where Ryan Gosling’s picture (usually him in a state of ‘vulnerability’ or objectification, really) is paired with a very pro-female saying or sentiment. In this case, it is ‘yes means yes’ a reference to the notion that for some men (who a rapist) ‘no’ to sex is not always accepted. I support this, mostly because it’s opening premise is potentially limiting – ‘hey girl’ – but the closing is so empowering.
